Our consultants will co-ordinate and control all elements of your project and ensure successful implementation on time, to an agreed level of quality and following Prince II guidelines. During an implementation, you will be assigned a consultant who will work with your Client Project Team and will be the single formal point of contact on all matters relating to the specific project. In addition, a named Account Manager will maintain overall responsibility for customer service.
