Itheon buys the joint ownership rights and a transferable, perpetual, non exclusive, worldwide license to the Cyclone Technology Ltd DataStream™ console management software
Itheon had been distributing the DataStream™ software as a component of the Itheon Availability Management Suite under the Itheon brands: RoboCentral® and iAM:Consoles™.
Itheon will also continue with iAM:Consoles 2007.
